F.O.S (Fructo-oligosaccharides) an-all natural carbohydrate acts as food for the friendly bacteria. It helps suppress bad bacteria production, at the same time enhancing the body's usage of potassium, calcium and magnesium and promoting peristalsis hence normal bowel function. Psyllium retains moisture, bulking up waste material in the colon for a more thorough colon detoxification. Green Barley Juice is rich in enzymes and has an alkaline pH which helps to balance our highly acidic modern diet. It is also abundant in protein, vitamins, minerals, enzymes & chlorophyll.
