Take 2 tablets up to 3 times daily, with or without food.

Alternative suggestion: For general cleansing and liver support, take 2 tablets daily.
For liver stress, hepatotoxicity or raised enzymes, take 2 tablets twice to 3 times daily. Take 2 tablets before & 2 tablets after consuming alcohol.
