QUICKEST: Pro Complex APS is INSTANTIZED to mix easily and completely with a spoon. To enjoy, simply add 2 scoops of Pro Complex APS powder to a large glass filled with 8-12 fl oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. Then stir vigorously with a spoon for about 20 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. Tip: For a thicker, creamier shake try mixing 2 scoops with 6-8 fl. oz. of nonfat milk instead of water.
Don't forget to account for the calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, and other nutrients that these foods contribute to your shake.
8 fl. oz. of nonfat milk adds 90 calories, 8 grams of protein, 12 grams of carbohydrates, and 0 grams of fat plus 400 mg of potassium (11% DV), 300 mg of calcium (30% DV), and 500 IU Vitamin A (10% DV).
Suggested Use: To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.
