Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin)
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is a water-soluble vitamin and essential for energy production through metabolism of foods, proper cell growth and function, and maintenance of digestive tract lining.
As our bodies cannot store vitamin B12, it has to be obtained from our diet on a daily basis. Common food sources include meat, eggs, dairy products, and green vegetables (e.g. broccoli and spinach). Vitamin B2 deficiency symptoms include sores or cracks at the corner of mouth, hair loss, poor digestion and tiredness.
